When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days unless you selected Express options at checkout. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. The email could be delivered to your spam folder as well so check there also if you believe you did not receive a tracking number. 

Can I have a refund?

No, we only offer store credit. Please refer to the Refund Policy to better assist you or contact houseofallureboutique@gmail.com.
